Host your private function at Lux!
Please read prior to enquiring below:
– Suitable for groups of between 20 – 150 people*
– Up to 4 hours function from the start of your booking time
– Available Fridays *minimum 50 people – max 150 OR
– Available Saturdays from 10.30pm only *minimum 20 – max 35 people
– Friday functions are held in full venue, including Main Area and upstairs VIP.
– Saturday functions are from 10.30pm, and held in the upstairs VIP mezzanine only.
– No hire fee on Saturdays! *Fridays pending upon enquiry, date, no of guests, spend.
– Deposit required to book your date, which is 50% redeemable as a tab on the night.
– Music options include:
Friday functions: bringing your own DJ, play your own playlist via a phone or laptop
Saturday functions: having the mainroom music played into the mezzanine area
– Standing and dancing is allowed, only for private functions
– Bookings are only confirmed once: 1. Hire form is received and 2. Deposit received
– No BYO items eg. food, decor without prior written consent.
– The organizer is responsible for their guests conduct. Regular venue policies apply.
– Contact tracing details of all attendees required prior to entry in venue.
